Designed for athletes preparing for events like the Deadly Dozen, Hybrid Games, or ATHX, every session challenges multiple aspects of performance to build true athletic capability. Whether you’re aiming for the podium or simply want to feel strong, fast, and ready for anything, this programme adapts to your individual goals. Expect a balanced mix of lifting, engine work, and conditioning sessions that keep you progressing year-round.
