  • Our free trial gives you one complimentary class at Infinite Gym. You can book into any class on our timetable, and every session is fully scalable for all fitness levels.

  • A WOD is the Workout of the Day — a constantly varied session combining strength, conditioning, and functional fitness. A typical WOD includes:

    • Functional movements

    • Cardio elements

    • Bodyweight exercises

  • You’ll join a regular session and be guided through:

    1. Warm up

    2. The workout (WOD will include a skill or movement warm-up for first half)

    3. Cool down

    Your coach will support you throughout.

  • No — our classes are designed for all abilities, including complete beginners.

  • Comfortable gym clothing, trainers, and a water bottle.

  • Follow the link on this page and choose any class from the timetable.

  • If you’re new to hybrid training or want a refresher, the best place to start is our WOD on a Monday or Friday.

    These sessions focus on a skill in the first half of the class and a workout in the second half, giving you time to learn movements before putting them into practice.

  • Yes — your free trial allows you to book into any class on our timetable.

  • Let your coach know before the class — we can adapt movements so you can train safely.

  • Yes — but each person must register for their own free trial.
