Our free trial gives you one complimentary class at Infinite Gym. You can book into any class on our timetable, and every session is fully scalable for all fitness levels.

A WOD is the Workout of the Day — a constantly varied session combining strength, conditioning, and functional fitness. A typical WOD includes:
Functional movements
Cardio elements
Bodyweight exercises

You’ll join a regular session and be guided through:
Warm up
The workout (WOD will include a skill or movement warm-up for first half)
Cool down
Your coach will support you throughout.

If you’re new to hybrid training or want a refresher, the best place to start is our WOD on a Monday or Friday.
These sessions focus on a skill in the first half of the class and a workout in the second half, giving you time to learn movements before putting them into practice.
