How to claim?

  1. Register – Click the button below to sign up with our booking system, WODBoard.

  2. Claim Your Free Trial – Enjoy a complimentary class with us!

  3. Book Your First Class – Choose a WOD (Monday–Friday) from our timetable.

Please note that cancelling your booking less than 12 hours before class means you will not receive a credit for your pass.

  • The free trial offers one complimentary drop-in class at Infinite.

    It is suitable for beginners and those who are more experienced. Every workout is able to be scaled to your ability, so you can move at your own pace and feel supported throughout.

  • WOD stands for Workout of the Day.

    Everyday at Infinite, we programme a new WOD designed to improve strength, fitness, and confidence. No two days are the same, which keeps training fun, challenging, and effective.

    A typical WOD combines:

    • Functional movements such as squats, presses, pulls, and lifts

    • Cardio elements like rowing, cycling, or running

    • Bodyweight exercises including push-ups, lunges, and core work

    Everything is explained and demonstrated by the coach, and all movements can be adapted to suit your current fitness level.

  • Your free trial class lets you book in to our regular sessions, so you get the full experience.

    1. Welcome and Introduction
    You will be greeted by your coach, who will talk you through the session and answer any questions.

    2. Warm Up
    A guided warm up to prepare your body and reduce the risk of injury.

    3. Skill or Strength Work
    You will learn or practise specific movements, with coaching on technique and scaling options.

    4. The WOD
    This is the main workout. You work at your own intensity, with encouragement and coaching throughout.

    5. Cool Down
    Stretching and recovery to finish the session feeling accomplished.

  • Absolutely not.

    Our coaching is tailored to all abilities, whether you are brand new to training or already experienced. We focus on good movement, steady progress, and building confidence in the gym.

    You will never be asked to do something you are not ready for.

  • Cancellations can be made at any time however you will only recevied a credit for cancellations made over 12 hours before your booking.
